Equipment Elements. SG-3000 is equipped with electric elements with control system, motor, air-blower, pump and vacuum system etc. And all the above elements are placed in the exquisite cabinet, so that can not only ensure the safety but also the well-shipshape.
Doors. The doors are opened by lift with electricity power, It can not only save space, ensure the sealing, but also reliable.
Elevator Table. The any glass sheet can by installed/uninstalled at the height of 600mm from ground by means of elevator, so that can avoid the damage through incaution, and also can save workforce.
Double Production. The vacuum beds are made of strengthened and enlarged steel, more supporting bars with a diathermanous net that made of stainless steel. All above elements ensure to be able to have a double production
Pulley. Each glass beds equipped with 6 cam pulley with high temperature-resistant bearing, and be able to adjusted up and down. All the pulleys on SG-3000 can bear long time wearing. The glass beds and even the glass sheets would not be destroyed resulting of pulley.
Temperature Difference. Two heating air storage are placed right place in the oven, the heating elements are placed and processed with blowing on opposite layers, so that can solve the problem of Temperature Difference
Efficiency. The heating power is 48KW in the oven, grouping control with well accurate. 120 minutes for one cycle production can be ensured.

processing method, it can help you to clean the glass without spend any money.

SG-3000 is a professional equipment to produce laminated glass without autoclave. It is able to produce various laminated glass thanks to the advantages of this machine and specific film. You can insert the silk, metal mesh, PDLC film, PET, fibre or other films into normal glass sheets in order to produce decorative andfunctional laminated glass.
SG-3000 is designed by means having solved many problems and difficult basis on decade laminated glass processing experience, such as: polluted glass by excessive adhesive, asymmetrical heating, low production but high energy consume etc. It is equipped with multilayer vacuum beds, and each bed is able to load double units so that the production capacity is double times than normal kiln. This is a unique design of SG-3000.
